Quality Engineer
Responsibilities
- Supports the surveillance and execution of the Global Management System (GMS) through internal audits
- Assures that non-conformities are effectively closed
- Works in collaboration with the various stakeholders to provide support during the evaluation of customer specific requirements with respect to the Quality Management System and Warranty requirements
- Supports in defining and identifying new quality strategies and quality system tools, especially when market requirements change or new business is acquired
- Seeks out opportunities to drive continuous improvement efforts with the goal of enhancing the Global Quality Management System
- Monitors, evaluates, analyzes, and supports the improvement of Quality Key Performance Indicators and guides improvement projects
- Executes internal system and process audits
- Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; or compensating years of experience
- 0 - 5 years of Industry-relevant professional experience
- Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
- Professional-Level English language skills preferred
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
