Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and all food safety standards are adhered to. by monitoring of production, shipping of finished goods, receiving of raw materials, and storage of ingredients. This role will ensure adherence to all FDA safety standards, Current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP's).

Manufacturing practices (cGMP's).

*Preparing daily audits for all GMP's for production, distribution, shipping. *Preparing daily and weekly inventory via our inventory system *Weekly plant audits *Daily cleaning review with sanitation team *Daily log review for all SOP's & GMP's requiring logs *Daily calibration and documentation of calibrated weights *Daily testing and documentation of testing of all metal detectors *Providing copies of our Critical Control Points to all employees and educating all new employees of our CCP and how to handle all CCP's. *Monitor all incoming raw ingredients, test, quarantine when necessary, working with Shipping & Receiving clerk *Monitor and documentation for all dehumidifiers, dust collectors, equipment for cleaning, sanitation, safety *Responsible for all daily records including but not limited to dish was temp; chemical concentration logs, cleaning logs, These logs should be completed by the sanitation team and approved by QA/QC Tech *Work with the sanitation team to ensure daily cleaning schedules are completed and documented.

Qualifications

Needed Experience:

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety protocols, and the First in First out rule (FIFO)

Experience in the food industry is a bonus

The ability to be organized and the ability to document all required processes

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
