Purchasing Clerk Job at Paydayz Staffing Solutions, Inc.
Paydayz Staffing is currently hiring for a Purchasing Clerk in Lenexa, KS.
Hours: 8am-4:30pm M-F
Pay: $19-$20
This position will help support procurment funtions outlined below.
Responsibilites:
- Updates and Confirms Purchase Orders per Return Vendor Acknowledgments
- Updates Supplier Price List within MRP with Price Break Detail by Commodity Item
- Update Manufacturer Number tied to our Requirement Part Number as needed by Buyer GRP
- Run and Manage PO Cancellation Report Items per Requirement Changes for open order Items with Buyer and Vendor
- Expedites Open Orders Per Date/Schedule Changes with Vendor every day or as needed
- Prepares and maintains all Daily Management Boards in preparation for Daily Management meetings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Competency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Standard PC Operation (Windows 10)
- Willingness to Learn/Train in Epicor Software (MRP)
- Team Player – Must be able to work with and support Team of Buyers
- Sense of Urgency

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
