SUMMARY
To provide all department assembly lines with the bulk material required to package finished good sets and/or to pull and pack finished good set orders for the automotive aftermarket locations and/or customers of MAHLE Aftermarket.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To pull required quantities of parts from designated locations.
Proper handling of parts during the pick/pack process.
Proper staging/handling of orders depending on order type
Completion of required daily paperwork for production reporting.
Proper maintenance of pick storage locations, aligned to sellable product.
Proper equipment start-up checks and maintenance requirement reporting.
Abide by all company safety rules.
Report all accidents as soon as they happen.
Proper housekeeping required at all times.
Work with and display a team concept approach at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license with OSHA certification.
Basic knowledge of internal engine parts preferred.
Strong analysis, problem solving, process and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Lean principles preferred.
Dynamic communication / inter-personal skills.
Highly organized and possess good decision-making skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to complete basic math calculations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

OVERTIME
Employees must be able to work additional hours and/or additional days during the payroll week, which can and will be in excess of forty (40) hours per payroll week. Working overtime is a condition of employment.
