Our expectations of you:
- Report to work on time and ready to work
- Open, close and manage the dish station during service
- Follow proper dish sanitation procedures
- Follow procedures for cleaning the restaurant's equipment
- Complete dish duties in a timely manner to allow for a steady supply of clean dishes
- Be thorough in clearing all food debris from all serving equipment
- Keep dish area organized and sanitized
