E2E Solution Team Data analysts will be responsible for identifying and proposing solutions for systemically identified TAT misses. This will involve root causing, analyzing reporting for misses, reviewing sop documents and proposing solutions to close gaps that impact TAT. They are self-driven and motivated to uncover details that may be impacting turnaround time. Analysts will work with management to help devise solutions to improve turnaround time or basic operation of the business. Provider Data Analysts will work on independent projects, reaching out to cross-functional teams in all areas of provider operations, depending on the business needs and urgency of the requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide root cause analysis of missed turnaround times and propose solution
• Identify necessary updates to workflow, SOPs, reporting, and technology enhancements
• Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Maintain current knowledge of business strategies, rules, and procedures (e.g., attend training, meetings, etc.)
• Develop and maintain productive work relationships
• Assisting in inventory projects to maintain TAT to meet business need
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks with minimal direction

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years experience within UnitedHealthcare provider operations or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years experience working on time sensitive projects while balancing competing priorities with varying deadlines
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• 2+ years experience performing in a Provider Data SME/Business Analyst role
• Experience in managing cross functional projects
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Experience in analyzing policies and procedures
• Experience with workforce effectiveness practices
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
• Solid interpersonal skills in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated understanding of internal processes and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (clear and concise notes, and written communication)

The hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
