Job Summary: The Property Manager is actively involved in all functions that directly impact occupancy and the physical property. Established systems are designed to support the goal of maximizing rental income and maintaining the asset for the owners.
Duties of the Property Manager:
- Marketing property for rent.
- Field calls from prospects for questions and viewings.
- Meet prospective tenants for showings and provide them with rental applications.
- Assist in lease transactions.
- Perform detailed move in inspection.
- Monthly collection of rents.
- Maintain delinquencies and 3 day pay or quits and follow ups.
- Receive proper current documents from new vendors prior to payment being processed.
- Ensure all invoices are entered and coded accurately.
- Assist in the end of the month preparation of reports to property owners.
- Perform periodic inspections (inside and outside).
- Help oversee in house maintenance person.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations.
- Provide general clerical assistance.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Fast paced office, must be able to multi-task, have strong communication and organizational skills. High school education required. Must be licensed or willing to get license and maintain license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:
- Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
