Position Summary:

Stamm Development Group is seeking a Full-Time maintenance professional to join our team managing a portfolio of luxury apartment rental buildings located in Fairmount, Brewerytown, Germantown, and Roxborough areas. The right candidate for this position is experienced, hard-working, customer service driven, self-motivated, possesses a positive attitude, and the ability to operate in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the work order, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure that quality assurance of cosmetic issues in common areas of buildings are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Upkeep of maintenance storage areas and closets throughout our properties.
• Completes documentation in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked through our online portal system.

Requirements/Skills:

· MUST OWN AND OPERATE YOUR OWN VEHICLE.

· MUST OWN AND OPERATE YOUR OWN PERSONAL TOOLS (COMPANY DOES NOT SUPPLY TOOLS)

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must own truck or large vehicle for transporting tools and supplies

· Must have High School diploma/GED

· At least 2 years’ experience in a property maintenance related capacity

· Completion of general maintenance tasks, which include but not limited to; replacing filters/batteries, patchwork, painting, caulking, and spackling.

· General carpentry skills required

· An understanding of Building Systems including Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliances

· A strong ability to work independently

· Ability to be on “On-call” for emergency situations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
