Managing projects is vital for on time delivery to our customers. As a part of our RPMO team you will be responsible for managing medium- to large-size projects.
YOUR IMPACT
  • Execute goals and strategic direction of assigned project(s).
  • Manage project resource data and schedule through entire lifecycle.
  • Accountable for quality and customer satisfaction of assigned project(s).
  • Work with Finance, Engineering, Aftermarket Engineering, and Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to develop and maintain the program cost and schedule data.
  • Identify, propose, and communicate corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident.
  • Develop and present briefings related to project status to both management and the customer.
  • Formally identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout project life cycle.
  • Assure communication and cooperation among project team members and resolve areas of conflict.
  • Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, operations management or other related field
  • 4 plus years of relevant experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
  • PMP certification
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project with at least 4 years of experience
  • Experience with project scheduling, project statusing, cost control, and best practices.
  • Skilled with MS Excel – pivot tables, graphs, macros, VBA
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power BI reporting experience
  • Dynamic data reporting through dashboards: Excel and Power BI
  • MS SharePoint experience
  • Independent judgment and decision-making ability
  • Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop training material and experience training others
  • Ability to influence others
