3. Budget/Financial/ track budget variances
4. Strong communication skills
5. Healthcare Payer/ Insurance Experience

Responsibilities include assembly and tracking of plans, schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of project timelines. Uses operational and functional systems knowledge to develop business requirements, recommend changes to business process designs and workflows. Accountable for effective and efficient use of Plan-specific and project management and progress reporting tools, standards and methodologies within assigned projects. Assists Systems Development Manager with business case feasibility. Communicates with Systems Development Manager regarding status of assigned projects.

  • Oversees/Develops business and vendor requirements for stakeholders, user groups and vendors
  • Develops and maintains Plan-specific project management documentation for assigned projects
  • Documents and communicates to vendors about current and proposed process flows for business and vendor requirements in order to secure commitment in using these processes which will help reduce risk and ensure a successful outcome of the project
  • Develops cost/benefit analyses (if applicable), benchmarking analyses and risk management plans for business, vendor and IT deliverables

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
