Project Manager Job at Bennett Motor Express Management Inc
Overview:
Maintain an established customer base and grow that base with quoting and servicing customer needs & requirements. Primary contact for HCS customers who require help rating, securing and invoicing booked freight. Establish, maintain and build their customer base to become regular customer support for freight requirements.
Responsibility:
- Daily sales calls to established customer accounts by phone.
- Cold calls to new potential customers.
- Update customers on freight progress as required by customer. Timely notifications internally and externally of any unexpected changes.
- Quote rates and book freight from customers.
- Support customers with integrity and compassion.
Accountability:
- Generate minimum $250,000.00 monthly revenue.
- Quotes returned to customers in 24 hours or less.
- Customers emails requiring response completed by end of business daily.
- No late deliveries based on miscommunication, or lack of documented information.
- Track and trace all Bennett & partner carriers daily and report to customers and sales manager.
- Manage project freight with customer needs & requirements satisfied.
- Accounts receivable to be within 30 days.
Sales and business development history a must.
Must possess above average communication skills.
