Qualis Corporation is seeking a full time (40 hrs/week) Project Management Support professional to perform Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) functions for the 704th Test Support Squadron (704 TSS). The 704 TSS/TGSO Flight Chief will provide guidance and oversight for this position.

The 704th Test Support Squadron (704 TSS) provides support services that enable the 704th Test Group to execute focused and effective test and evaluation for the DoD and warfighter. Many of the services provided by the 704 TSS are in support of the test missions of the Holloman High Speed Test Track (HHSTT), Central Inertial and GPS Test Facility (CIGTF), 586th Flight Test Squadron (586 FLTS), National Radar cross-section Test Facility (NRTF), and Detachment 1 at White Sands Missile Range (Det 1/WSMR). The Program Management Flight (TGSO) at the 704 TSS provides project management, contracting acquisition support and facilities management services to all units within the 704 TG. This position is located at Holloman, AFB, NM.

Essential Functions

• Provide program management support for multiple Test Group programs to include DRMS, JMPD (Dynamometer), JESTR and Survivability Test Stand.
• Identify and support the programs through the acquisition process.
• Assist with requirements development through research and application of program management and engineering skills/discipline.
• Track cost, schedule, and performance of the assigned programs.
• Assist in the development of any required program related documents and briefings such as an Analysis of Alternatives, Program Management Plan, etc.
• Travel approximately 10% in support of project management support activities.

Education and Experience Qualification

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years’ experience. Experience for education may be substituted with customer approval.
• Must have ability to work within specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• US Citizenship required.

Security Clearance

• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.
