This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Project Coordinator for our Raleigh, NC office. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges
Your Impact
- Performing design and constructability reviews of projects within area of experience
- Ensuring final project deliverables (As-Builts & O&M Manuals) meet defined standards.
- Performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
- Performing basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios
- Assigning, prioritizing, monitoring, and reviewing work assignment
- Coordinate with multiple personnel including project managers, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated time and allocated budget.
- Assist with evaluation of change order requests, requests for information, and other change issues
- Assist the Project Manager in addressing and verifying conformance to the projects’ quality control plan in accordance with quality assurance requirements
- Create and meet schedules and deadlines of the work
- Provide information and responses to inquiries from contractors, tenants, Authority departments, consultants, stakeholders and other regulatory agencies
- Verify and assist the Project Manager in maintaining project files for all required administrative items including, but not limited to, submittals, RFIs, payroll records, field changes and directives, general correspondence, and pay applications
- Accurately organize and maintain paper documents and electronic files
- Maintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries
- May be required to perform various duties of the Project Manager when they are not available
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction technology
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, contract administration and project scheduling.
- Knoweldge of the principles of risk management as it applies to projects prior to and during construction
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions
