You are:
- Associated Degree / Technical Degree or similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer orientation
- Must be able to work outside of normal work hours
- Organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and perseverance
- Strong communication with internal and external teams to ensure they report back on client needs
- Able to easily learn new systems; technically savvy
- Strong ability to prioritize
- Able to work with templates and spreadsheets

What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead one or more projects through all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from initiation/planning through the execution and delivery of the contract concluding with project transition and close, ensuring a successful project.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, client stakeholders, and peers.
- Apply Project Management disciplines such as quality, risk, resource, and change management while being accountable for meeting the time, cost, and scope of each project.
- Ensure project profitability through various operational elements; including but not limited to:
- Plan for and mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
- Lead project team status meetings to ensure the project milestones are met and dependencies are tracked.
- Manage activities of customer and resources to deliver a fully integrated solution.
- Act as a shared point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions with appropriate leadership and key sponsors to negotiate key decisions related to the triple constraints (time, cost, scope) while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Develop good team dynamics and performance through leadership, mentoring, and motivating.
- Provide timely and constructive performance feedback regarding resources assigned to projects.
- Identify process efficiency opportunities by applying knowledge of the industry, business processes, and software products.
- Assist Customer Relations team in developing solutions by providing knowledge and expertise during the sales process
