The Royal Group, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator (1st Shift) to support our Lakeland, FL (Knights Station, Retail) facility. Responsible for Project Coordinator duties, acts as back up to Receiving Clerk and Receiving Admin, also aiding other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
  • Processing receipts to send to the customer (scan, email, follow up, verify packets upon return).
  • Place orders on a timely basis of stock supplies, issue PO’s accurately.
  • Upkeep the Labor Reconciliation Report and distribute weekly.
  • Maintain Royal Invoice records (all invoices sent to AP as well as a log for tracking).
  • Inventory of raw products.
  • Monitors the delivery schedule compared to receipts received/released, resolves any issues.
  • Release receipts from warehouse management system, after verifying paperwork accuracy.
  • Enters TRG purchased receipts into accounting management system.
  • Make inventory adjustments as needed for receiving, after troubleshooting/determining needed.
  • Monitors customer portals weekly for health checks.
  • Maintains the Shipped Complete process (upload BOL’s, health check for receiving docs uploaded, QC folders in order for audits, etc.).
  • Obtains approval on carton label verbiage before printing in bulk.
  • Accurately leads End of Month preparations (system health checks; PO’s received were entered, receipts uploaded, BOLs that can be processed are, staffing invoices sent, etc.).
  • Monitors that all “overages/quarantine/returns” assignments are completed in a reasonable time.
  • Works with Product Purchasing/Accounting on all inbound/outbound inquires, discrepancies, etc.
  • Bi-weekly, and/or as needed, upkeeps the Production Tracker fields applicable.
  • Coordinates UPS shipments as needed.
  • Coordinate’s return pickups as needed.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintaining records of all invoicing per company Record Retention Policy
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Ex-Cell.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word Documents.
  • Computer data-entry experience.
  • 2yrs in Administrative and Receiving positions.
  • 2yrs in Department Lead Role.
  • Experience with a Fulfillment an operation, preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Experience in the corrugated box industry, preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, operating instructions, and training and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, and volumes.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram (graphic) form.
  • Ability to solve a variety of problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information or standardization exists.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
