Project Architect for Small New MF Construction. Schematic DWGS Done Job at The Hamptons Bloomington, LLC
New 34,000 sf multi-family construction located in Bloomington, IN. This project already has Schematic Design drawings w/ floor plans and elevations and now needs progress to DD drawings then Working drawings w/ MEP engineering. Project is 5 story, 37 units mostly containing 1-2 bed floor plans. This PT/Temp position may be for Arch only services and MEP will be provided by others or if candidate has MEP resources to provide full stamped and sealed drawings. Civil engineering will be provided by Owner.
Ideal for side work or shop that can fit into immediate workload. Looking for start date w/n 1-2 weeks with final drawings in 8-10 weeks. This project has already been reviewed by city planning and green light for minor site plan review. No public hearings required. Owner will initiate dialog and feedback w/ applicable local gov't. Final drawings must comply with applicable codes and governing agencies and receive approved building permit. Bid documents must meet Owners approval for detail and product specifications. Applicants with previous multi-family and/or hotel construction preferred. Applicant must reside in US and must hold or be able to acheive Indiana sealed drawings.
Compensation will be determined by experience, timeline, and scope of services provided. We are experienced contractors w/ MF ownership experience.
Drawings can be requested upon successfull application w/ work experience and/or resume.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
