Program Performance Medicare Manager Job at Korn Ferry RPO for Healthcare
Virginia Premier-Richmond is hiring MGR, Program Performance Medicare for Government Program Administration.
MGR, Program Performance Medicare, works with leadership to define and stratify informatics requirements enabling customers to meet strategic goals and tactical objectives. Uses knowledge of organizational informatics infrastructure, analytical tools, information systems, and other data stores to construct analytical models to support program evaluation, operational and clinical analyses, and reporting for responsible business units or organizations. Designs and implements analytical solutions to improve processes, measure clinical quality goals, and meet regulatory reporting and analysis requirements. Manage dedicated production and support resources. Manage vendor contracts and/or relationships to include contract negotiation. Relies on expert judgment to plan, execute and achieve goals and objectives, establishes and monitors customer service levels.
Experience :
Required: Clinical - 5 years, Data Analysis - Previous experience, Information Technology - 5 years, Statistics - 5 years
Skills :
Required: Complex Problem Solving, Judgment and Decision Making, Mgmt of Staff Resources, Operations Analysis, Project Management, Service Orientation, Speaking, Technology/Computer, Time Management, Writing
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Knowledge of LAN and WAN systems.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
