IPS is seeking to hire a full time Program Integrator at Patuxent River, MD.

Remote work is possible, will be required to go on site 60% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs critical program management, technical, and business analysis of a major DOD production program and provides recommendations to ensure program success. Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the production program planning and execution, monitoring production line sequence activity, monitor supplier deliveries in support of production cost center need dates, tracking aircraft DD250 dates within threshold requirements. The Program Integrator will create and maintain an integrated schedule to build and communicate plans, progress, and adjustments and will collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Applicant must be able to establish and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide concise communication and briefing to all levels of Program leadership. This position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Onsite is required a few days a week with allowable telework per the Customer’s approval.

• Support the development and execution of a major aircraft modification program.
• Monitor and report status to IPT and program leadership on actions to include schedule and technical challenges.
• Coordinate and communicate within a team of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an integrated schedule.
• Determine and illustrate critical path drivers.
• Perform integrator analysis, identifying major cost/schedule drivers and related risks.
• Prepare reports on findings of analysis and present to senior leadership

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree and 6+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products;
• Demonstrated experience with MS Project;
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Security Clearance:
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
