The Role
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for marketing and sales of Premier Martial Arts programs, recruit and retain students, and manage day-to-day business operations.
Marketing and Sales:
- Marketing and selling Premier Martial Arts programs, classes, and events
- Executing lead generation using the Premier Martial Arts sales and marketing system
- Planning, promoting, and representing Premier Martial Arts at all marketing, community, and in-school events
- Collaborating with local businesses and education leaders to increase brand awareness
Recruit and Retain Students:
- Leading one-on-one introductory lessons as part of the sales process
- Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships while onboarding new members and promoting upgrade programs for all students
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base
Manage day-to-day business operations:
- Presenting sales reports and forecasts to management
- Managing day-to-day operations of the studio (supplies, inventory, and retail ordering)

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ year of Sales and Marketing experience
- 1+ year of Social media management experience (Instagram and Facebook)
- Be friendly, professional, personal, and approachable
- A self-starter who is organized, detailed-oriented, and results-driven
- Enjoy working with kids and adults alike
- Have an all-in approach when it comes to learning and implementing the Premier Martial Arts sales and marketing procedures
- Are comfortable in developing strategy and new revenue channels, moving leads through the sales funnel, representing Premier Martial Arts at events, and contributing to an exceptional work culture
- Ability to work daily hours in the afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Martial Arts experience
- 2+ years of Sales and Marketing experience
- Sales and marketing experience in Fitness or membership related areas is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
