PROGRAM DIRECTOR - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus Job at NFI North, Inc.
This program is a residential care facility providing quality services to elder adults with prolonged mental health and medical issues. Candidates must possess skills in leadership, communications, effective management, and a genuine appreciation for people to enhance their daily life as they age in place.
The Program Director is administratively, and fiscally responsible for the overall operations of the Program. The position also provides oversight for both the clinical and medical staff at the program.
Qualifications include Master Degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent, at least two years administrative experience in a residential setting for consumers with severe psychiatric needs and the LRFA Certification. Salary begins at 70K.
