Job Title: Production Technician

Work Location: P.O. Box 1000 Rushville Indiana 46173

Duration: 5-6 Months with possible extensions.

Open Positions: 2 night shift and 2 day shift

Pay: $19.50/hr base pay + Night Differential

Shift: 5-7 days | 40+ hours

• First: 6am - 2:30pm ($19.50/hr)
• Second: 2pm - 10:30pm (20.50/hr)
• Third: 10pm - 6:30am (20.25/hr) - URGENT NEEDED | FAST HIRING!
• $500 monthly attendance bonus
• Everyone will get 1 day off per week. Then once packaging starts it will go to 40 hours.

Description:

Provides production support. May perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Harvest activities such as preparation, sorting, drying, etc.
• Conditioning activities such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, palletizing, etc.
• Return and rework activities.
• Quality Analysis & Control activities.
• Field management activities such as scouting, field maintenance.
• Warehousing activities including forklift operation, collecting samples, pooling, etc.
• Gathering data for continuous improvement projects.
• Various other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Would be required (within 1 year) if hired into a perm position, though.

Dress code: Weather appropriate - Facility is not climate controlled. High viz if they have it - Composite toe or steel toe boots. Must be over the ankle. PPE is provided to them.
