We are looking to hire an Entry-Level Production Associate or Trimmer as we enter our busy season. We will provide on-the-job training for trimming excess plastic off slides and train you to inspect each piece for quality. Please consider joining our growing business if you have experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment with previous experience using hand tools.

Our Ideal Production Associate - Plastics Trimmer:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. Previous experience operating hand tools is a plus. On-the-job training is provided for entry-level candidates.
• Hardworking: Someone who takes pride in their work, is determined to learn each product's requirements, and ensures excellent quality for each piece.
• Active: Required to lift 15-30 pounds to move objects. Must be able to see, hear, walk, stand, & grasp tools.
• Detail-Oriented: Observes each piece to trim off the excess plastic. Makes sure each piece has no defects.
• Dependable: Steady & reliable. Someone who shows up to work every day is essential to the success of this position.
