This Production Associate position is responsible for processing the fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of our manufacturing process.
Great stable work and full benefits at our temperature-controlled plant located in Macedonia, OH.
Core Accountabilities
Stage, lift, and stack fiber materials
Operate machinery including forklift, welder, power tools, hand tools and crane
Manually fold fiber blanket, compress with hands
Work from elevated platforms, i.e., scaffolding, scissor lift
Participate in safety related activities such as toolbox talks, safety training, and meetings.
Wear all proper PPE and conduct workplace safety observations.
Maintain site and department housekeeping standards.
**Qualifications
**
High School Diploma or relevant work-related experience.
Reliability of attendance, ability to work extended overtime as needed
Some Math required in stacking of material, counting, and the use of tape measure
Show safe work practice around the facility
