Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Artist at Decoded, you'll be involved in the creation and customization of digital advertisements for a variety of platforms. This position requires a solid design sense to honor the creative intent across multiple disparate versions, balanced with strong mechanical design skills to work cleanly and accurately with variable templates and specifications.
An important part of our process is in experimentation and learning. As a Production Artist, you'll constantly look for ways to improve our workflow and pipeline, as well as interface with creatives to bring new creative ideas into the conversation.
Skills
- 3+ years' experience as a production artist and/or designer
- Solid understanding of design spec and template sheets
- Strong organizational skills for handling large files
- The files we get aren't always ideal, so problem solving is a must
- Working hand in hand with an asset manager
- Proactive at quality checking – proofreading and cross referencing
- Attention to detail
- Identifying workflow efficiencies and helping create structure within the department
The anticipated salary range for this position is $77K - 85K annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
