Destination Pet has integrated and transitioned into sourcing and purchasing processes on a common Coupa platform with the strategic business objective to transform the way we buy and improve user experience. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sourcing. The procurement Analyst will be the platform owner with the ambition to bring Coupa release notes and new enhancements to its full potential. This position will have high visibility to senior stakeholders and enhance the value of Coupa data via analysis to provide opportunities for spend consolidation and reduction.

As the Procurement Systems Analyst, you will:

• Manage all day-to-day administrative functions for Coupa and all Coupa users.
• Maintenance and debugging of Coupa approval paths (delegations, integrations, user changes).
• Coupa integration and debugging (Netsuite integration and cXML B2B integrations across Punchouts, Catalogs, Invoice Smash, Orders, and Invoices). Coupa User Maintenance (New user setup, Manager updates, Role Changes, Departures, Re-assignments).
• Creation and maintenance of system documentation, training programs, job aids or manuals.
• Lead and support Coupa training sessions.
• Coordinate and execute system wide changes to Coupa platform.
• Troubleshoot Level One and Level Two issues; create, maintain, and escalate; internal and external support tickets.
• Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance on complex functional and technical issues. Strong understanding of technical aspects of integration between Coupa and other systems.
• Works cohesively with Accounting, AP, IT Apps Dev and various departments across all markets.
• Drive innovation and improvement of assigned area of responsibility, processes, systems, and tools: introduce new technology and ideas.

Our Ideal Candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Sound knowledge of Coupa modules with implementation/roll-out experience.
• Experience with Netsuite Accounting Software.
• High Proficiency with PC, including Office Suite. Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions).
• Sound business knowledge in the procurement area and have provided standardized or customized solutions to business requirements.
• Track record of driving simplification and continuous improvement across key business processes.
• A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience, and a desire for professional excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and precision.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
