Procurement Representative Job at LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION
Ensure procurement requirements are met within the Special Operations Programs. The employee will work within a team of Buyers and will source and purchase material while following the Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and other policies to ensure procurements are processed within all guidelines. This position will work closely with suppliers to provide rapid response for procurements supporting the program and will be responsible for meeting required delivery deadlines and quickly resolving issues.
Basic Qualifications:

o Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
o Experience or exposure to Supply Chain Management
o Prior procurement experience
o Self-motivated, takes initiative
o Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions
o Effective customer service
o Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Desired Skills:
o Knowledge of LMAP, CAP, and FAR
o Understanding of Government Procurement processes and regulations
o Experience with existing LM tools sets; PO folders, SAP, etc.
o Negotiations skills
o Supplier relationship skills
o Cost / Price Analysis understanding
