Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for processing applications
and reviewing services completed by partners and vendors for quality
assurance. This position also reviews driving records and professional
license verifications.

  • Review applications for missing information
required to proceed with the requested services. Ensure proper services have
been added within the scope of the client’s request.
  • Perform quality review on services performed
by external vendors to ensure client specific guidelines have been met and
the results are clear and accurate.
  • Process data point responses received from
candidates and clients to advance the background screen.
  • Maintain turnaround goals, including
monitoring late lists with vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

Associates Degree or 2 years of similar work experience
requested. Experience in the background screening process preferred.
Experience in customer service preferred.

Work Environment and physical demands

This position requires the employee to work in-office, at
a desk for extended periods of time. The employee is regularly required to
communicate in person and on the telephone. The employee is frequently
required to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and
other office equipment. This position infrequently lifts, carries, or
otherwise moves objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Duties and responsibilities, as required by business
necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of
management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling
and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as
required by business necessity.
