Come work for the Novolex team! We are located at 690 Unisia Dr, Monroe, GA 30655. We are hiring immediately for Press Operators!
How You'll Perform the Role:
- Ensure that all machines are running on schedule and at production speed.
- Monitor print being run, and ensure tear sheets are taken in order to inspect thequality and catch unnecessary waste.
- Complete print changeover an efficient manner.
- Ensure accurate entry of AX data.
- Approve jobs and make necessary position bag.
- Track waste report and maintain PQV allowed for all jobs.
- Use X-Rite system and densitometer.
- Ensure proper use of Zahn cups and PH Meter.
- Must be able to set up 1-8 colors print jobs.
What We Need From You
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2-5 years Flexo Machine Operator experience
- Basic skill of computer for entering data.
- Must have general understanding of how presses work in order to clean, adjust and make repairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Monroe, GA 30655: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
- Flexography: 2 years (Required)
