Press Crew Worker Job at Forge Resources Group
Forge Resources Group, a leader in custom short-run steel forgings, is searching for a 1st Shift Forge Press Crew Worker at our Illinois Forge Co. location in Rock Falls, IL.
Additional incentive pay of $3.00/hr. is available while performing production tasks.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read measuring tools and equipment
Responsibilities:
- Work on a press crew operating forging press equipment
- Inspecting parts using a variety of measuring tools and gages
- Packing parts in boxes
- Grinding/deburring parts with handheld grinders and bench grinders
Operating the following equipment:
- Industrial scale
- Shotblast
- Forklift
- Assembling boxes
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Continuous Standing
- Frequent unassisted lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequent grasping and gripping with both hands
- Frequent pushing/pulling/twisting/turning with upper body while holding parts
- Occasional unassisted lifting over 50 pounds
Forge Resources Group is a Drug-Free Workplace.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.50 per hour
