Positions start at $20.00 to $25 per hour depending on prior construction/carpentry background

Precast Structural Setup Technicians are part of our Production team and handle the setup, stripping and pouring of Concrete for the purpose of building parking garages, sports complexes and office/retail buildings. Over time/ Time and a half is paid after 8 hours worked each day

We offer a shift differential of $3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am. We are currently seeking new co-workers for our 1st and 3rd shift teams in the Structural Building. Start Times are at 3:00 am and 12:00 Midnight

Daily Responsibilities:

• Reviews prints with attention to detail
• Sets up prints using a tape measure
• Places steel in forms
• Uses the bolt cutters to cut the mesh
• Utilizes concrete saws to cut strand
• Handles oil sprayers to blow oil forms

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
• Basic math & measurement skills needed as well as knowledge of various hand, power & measurement tools
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are critical
• Prior concrete and/or construction experience is helpful, but not required
• Familiarity with reading blueprints a plus!
