Q UALIFICATIONS
Join our expanding team! We are seeking a Bilingual Program Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Program Director in the day-to-day oversight of the UPK program under OCFS regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain 15 hours of OCFS training, annually.
- Maintain records of all fire drills conducted on site.
- Responsible for all regulatory logs, including teacher training charts, students, and faculty.
- Keep files on all student assessments.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting requests from the district, including weekly district meal reports.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and emergency contacts.
- Communicate with parents to ensure student records are up to date.
- Respond to parent concerns.
- Liaison to school personnel.
- Perform general office duties.
- Assist in classrooms, as needed.
- Occasional driving to the district office.
- All other duties as assigned.
Q UALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of one year related administrative experience required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills required.
- Spanish language fluency required
