Database Application Associate Job Description:
- Manage all database applications (approx 700 annually )
- Monitor the database for new submissions each morning and throughout the day
- Carefully review each submitted application
- Contact client after they submit an application (outbound calling)
- Make any and all necessary changes to a submitted application
- Request, receive and document written approval from client for all changes
- Pass confirmed applications to the Processing Department
- Log confirmed application information on applicable spreadsheets
- Assist clients with database and application process
- Answer incoming calls
- Communicate with employers about questions that they have about their applications
- Compose and reply to client / worker emails in a timely manner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
