Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist Position will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience with assisting in development, launch, managing and optimizing comprehensive paid social media ad campaigns
• Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI's are met such as budget, cash return on ad spend, specified conversion events, reach, impressions, and more.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand booking conversions
• Communicate consistently and professionally with Marketing Manager and Media Buyers
• Write/Distribute Press Releases, as needed
  • Additional media alerts/fact sheets, as needed
• Industry Networking Events, Phoenix PRSA Chapter
• Write/Pitch Podcast & YouTube Bookings
• Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator on YouTube & Instagram & Podcast collaborations
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting
• Contribute content to national sites and news channels
  • Work with Copywriters on pitching guest blogs
• Manage HARO, Podmatch
• Assist events that have PR opportunity
• Award applications
• Podcast launch by brand

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Arts & Design or Communications
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Digital Marketing Space
• Familiar with FB, IG, Google and Youtube ads
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
• Have an aptitude for data analysis and problem solving
• Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone, and video chat with clients.
• Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
