Power Systems Rental Procurement Specialist Job at Foley Incorporated
Department: Power Systems Sales
Responsibilities
- Timely entering of invoices. Includes checking invoices/coding for reasonableness and consistency
- Create purchase orders against rental contracts in a timely manner.
- Monitor invoices for profitability and assure all amounts are within sales quote.
- Communicate with CAT dealers and vendors on re-rented equipment.
- Maintain job files.
- Assist in inventory audit.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Recommended Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in accounts payable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong computer operation skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.
