The Position: The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting F&B Capital in the management of assets and client relationships.
- Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance
- Identify property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan
- Conduct quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets
- Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partners
- Perform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendations
- Monitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculations
- Assistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sources
- Compiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendations
- Loan compliance and administration
- Assistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
- Finance, economics, or other quantitative field preferred
- Minimum two years’ experience; finance roles preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
