POOL ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION
No experience is required! If you are welcoming, responsible, and eager to learn, being a Pool Attendant could be for you! If you are looking for a great way to earn some money and gain some entry-level job experience, become a Pool Attendant!
A Pool Attendant's primary responsibility is to greet visiting patrons in a courteous and friendly manner by checking proof of membership (pool passes and ID) and collecting guest passes or fees if needed. Pool Attendants are responsible for maintaining complete sign-in sheets/guest logs and answering facility telephone in a courteous manner. Pool Attendants are also responsible for responding/assisting with patron concerns in a professional manner with an emphasis on trying to help and referring members to management to deal with any problems if necessary. Pool Attendants should understand all pool rules and be fair and consistent in the enforcement of the rules, maintain a clean work area, and never leave the gate/entrance unattended. Other duties may include cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets, assisting the Lifeguard team if needed during secondary duties or emergencies, help with organizing community events, such as pool parties, swim team practices, etc. All Pool Attendants should understand the mission of AquaSafe Pool Management and contribute to the good reputation of the company.

*POOL ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS*

• Pool Attendants must be a minimum of 15 years of age
• Pool Attendants must be able to work all weekends and holidays including Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend (Saturday through Monday)
• Pool Attendants must conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused

Pool Attendant Job Dates: May 27th through Monday, September 4th
Pay rate: $13.25/h
