Aloha! We are a customer first, hospitality focused beach rental company located in Waikiki.
We are looking to add qualified individuals to our Deck Specialist team which serves as life guards to multiple pools here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Part time and Full time positions available.
Duties include: Responsible for vacuuming, skimming, and general cleanliness of pool area, monitoring pool and pool deck areas for safety and stepping in to assist guests where needed, passing out towels to hotel guests, assisting with cabana rentals, perform water rescues when a water emergency is taking place. Providing high level customer service to hotel guests.
Must be available to work weekends and be available this summer
Attendant hours are from 7:30am-6pm with opening and closing shifts available. Shift times are 7:30-5pm, 9-6pm, 8:30-6pm.
We require our life guards to become Red Cross Life guard certified. Must be willing to take certification class if hired. We will arrange the class for you.
Customer service experience preferred
Team player with great communication skills
Flexible scheduling available.
