The Greystar Product team is responsible for defining and delivering efficient and effective solutions that drive customer and team member experience in the property management business. The product solutions vary across process and technology and customer journey points with well-developed hypotheses, success criteria, and metrics reporting – focused on driving digital innovation.

As a PMO Product Analyst, you will report to the Head of Product and will be responsible for managing and supporting the program management across the Product portfolio by providing administrative, analytical, and process support.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong program management skills, an interest in product development, and with a ‘get it done’ attitude to navigate through ambiguity to deliver great results. This candidate should also exhibit a proactive ‘no surprises’ approach in communicating status and issues.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Program Management – Prioritization, risk management documentation, and dependency tracking. Works closely with team leads to organize, track, and follow up on milestone completion, risks, and blockers.
  • Roadmap Consolidation & Tracking – Owns portfolio schedule and project milestone status reporting across the teams to report to Head of Product and other senior leaders
  • Executive Level Reporting – Critical thinking and executive level synthesis of program status, and have strong PPT skills
  • Manage Offsites – Lead and manage all aspects of in-person working sessions and offsites, such as agenda, travel logistics, and templates for inputs and outputs for the team
  • Strategic Projects & Research – Own small strategic initiatives that require research, analytics, and storytelling for Head of Product
  • Change Management – May lead and conduct trainings to the product team on any organizational or process changes impacting the team’s way of work
  • Trusted Advisor – this person acts as a chief of staff to Head of Product and will be a trusted thought partner, in addition acts a first-line resource to other team members

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Experience leading all aspects of program and project management, such as tracking and reporting
  • Experience and proficiency in managing multiple timelines and projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and working with little direct supervision
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ability to set and manage multiple priorities, and oversee detailed project plans
  • Experience with digital project management tools such as AirTable or Asana, preferred
  • Interest and/or experience in product management

Role can sit Remotely, but prefer incumbent to sit in EST.
