We are looking for PM/BA resources with Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) knowledge.
The efforts will require a team who is familiar with GPV space and is able to work closely with GPV and IT to formulate the needed deliverables. Skills required include: knowledge of PV case processing process, experience in SharePoint Online migrations, experience in SNOW implementation, PowerPoint and presentation skills, detailed, organized, and self-motivated, and ability to work hours to support meetings between US/ Japanese time zones when needed (e.g., early mornings and/or late evenings). (+ any other standard intro/ skillsets we typically include).

Work to include:

Review existing Global Pharmacovigilance (GPV) SharePoint 2013 sites (~ 10) to determine the level of work, effort, timeline, and tasks required to migrate to newer platform, including:
Assess existing sites including usage, requirements, special coding (e.g., plug in, macros, workflows, 3rd party tool coding, and configurations needed to retain the functionality by working with the Safety Data Management Team and Enterprise SharePoint Team
Assess level of documentation required to move sites to SharePoint Online by reviewing existing documentation and identifying document requirements for new Share Point Online platform, including alignment with Global Quality System (GQS) team and level of effort to complete needed documentation within Otsuka systems
Assess the level of testing required, including identifying existing scripts that can be reused, new scripts that need to be created, and overall testing strategy for each site (in alignment with GQS and Otsuka Testing team)
Draft and finalize GxP assessments and initial documentation (e.g., requirements) per site in Otsuka systems
Deliverables: Project charter, work plan (including timeline with levels of effort, task dependencies, and task owners), resources needs (including skillsets required), budget estimate, and potential alternate options for inclusive list of GPV sites that will migrate to SharePoint Online
Understand current state and determine plan to move to centralized Service Desk platform, including:
Assess and understand full requirements for GPV Service Desk application by reviewing current GPV Vitrana helpdesk tool requirements and discussing needs with the SDM team
Assess ability of the existing Otsuka Service Now (SNOW) implementation to meet GPV requirements
Identify new opportunities for GPV processes to take advantage of OIT other system integrations (Valgenises, BluePrism, etc.)
Identify new total cost of ownership for shift to SNOW
Assess opportunities for L1 tickets to be performed by OIT Service Desk instead of the GPV service desk

Understand the requirements to fully transition Oracle support from current team to IT, including:
Assess and document current understanding of Oracle oversight and Day-2 transition with SDM and IT
Assess and define tasks, timeline, and roles/ responsibilities for transition, specifically around Golden Gate (which replicates data from Argus into OCI)
Drive oversight of transition activities once agreed by SDM and IT
