Our newly renovated office is utilized as both a clinical practice but also a teaching center. New injectors with a following are encouraged to apply and earn 30-50% production from their patient treatments. We are looking to expand rapidly into this growing market here in Jupiter Florida. As an additional bonus, those selected for the position will have an ability to learn from our education team offering the opportunity of a lifetime for both new and experienced injectors looking to enter the space of facial esthetics. We host over 30 courses per year right out of this facility and injectors will be able to both participate for free in various education programs but also join our education team at www.prfedu.com.

Administer injectables (toxins and dermal fillers), laser therapy and PRF with excellent standard of skill and service ensuring the safety of patients when performing treatments and a history of positive outcomes. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the head and neck anatomy including the skin and address treatment of all facial areas with injectables. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Be prompt and on time with each appointment and perform service within allotted time for the service. Arrive 20-30 minutes prior to first appointment.

· Be flexible with schedule, supporting the needs of the business.

· Adhere to dress code of the practice.

· Ensure OSHA and medical board standards.

· Adhere to treatment logs.

· Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services, products, financing options, memberships and loyalty programs while educating and communicating with patients.

· Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the practice policies and procedures.

· Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required. This includes but is not limited to properly cleaning/sanitizing any and all equipment, properly disposing of sharps kits, wiping down chairs, restocking the appropriate medical, towel, and linen supplies for each room, and maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.

· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or patients in the business that require attention.

· Educate clients on the center, all treatments offered, skincare, in addition to current programs or promotional offers and financing.

· Ability to perform a thorough and detailed comprehensive consultation to develop a treatment plan using any and all modalities to provide the best patient outcome regardless of price.

· Handle patients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete guest satisfaction, and copy management on all patient correspondences.

· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or patients in the practice that require attention.

· Possess ability to work without direct supervision.

· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a positive and quality work environment.

· Attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for business with enthusiasm and active involvement

· Assist in all areas of business/clinical operations as requested by management.

· Communicate with management regarding inventory

· Consistently discuss and implement innovation into practice.

Position requirements:

· Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.

· Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.

· Must be a team player and support management and peers as well as business goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Must hold and maintain a current State license

· Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years – 5 years performing injectables

· Advanced training in injectables

Additional Requirements:

• Must communicate with management in a timely manner regarding shortages, low par counts, issues, or concerns.
• Must fill out all appropriate inventory logs accurately and report loss that affect cost and inventory count
• Supplies will be used in accordance with established facility protocols. Any deviation must be discussed with management in advance of use.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
