Job Summary and Qualifications

Our Rehab Service Leads are responsible for managing/supervising/coordinating all day to day rehabilitation services. Our therapists are passionate about setting the standard for patient-centered healthcare.

What You Will Do In This Role:

• 
  You will utilize a holistic interdisciplinary approach to coordinate the care of all rehabilitation patients to assure a smooth, efficient functioning department and delivery of quality health care services.
• You will provide clinical management and staff scheduling, personnel management (interviewing, hiring, orientation, performance evaluations, counseling and department payroll.
• You will utilize Clinical Coordinators as a resource for clinical growth, staffing, and for the coordination/participation in quality improvement activities and audits as necessary, development of new programs and clinical procedures, and to promote department efficiency and customer service and assists manager as necessary to promote effective daily operations.
• You will assist the Director with coordination and management of clinical/volunteer/high school student program.
• You will continuously evaluate, develop treatment plans and conduct appropriate physical therapy management to meet the individual needs of medically referred adolescent to geriatric patients (occasional pediatrics in wound care and orthopedic management only) in an efficient, productive manner.
• You will supervise support staff and other departmental staff as it relates to patient care.
• You will be responsible for the orientation of new employees.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Physical Therapy
• Bachelors Degree
