Pharmacy Technician - Inventory Specialist

Job Specifics and Requirements:

• This is a partial remote opportunity. Ideal candidate must live in the Downtown Los Angeles area.
• Ability to work from home 3-4 days a week, go into an office 1-2 days a week- at the DOWNTOWN LA SITE
• Must have valid, clear, and active California Pharmacy Technician license - (PTCB not required, but preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience, Hospital experience is a plus
• Pharmacy Buyer/ Purchasing experience is a plus
• Background and Drug Screening
• Health Screening will be required
• Must provide proof of Covid 19 vaccine

Pharmacy Technician - Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Partial working from home

· Uses guidelines to order, process, and stock medications for different hospital pharmacies

· Work with vendors to get discount pricing

· Answer phone requests/ respond to faxes for medication orders

· Prepare invoices

· Return to stock

· Some clerical work required

• 9:00am-5:00pm --Monday-Friday/ some Weekends
• 1-2 days a week required in the office/ Pharmacy.
