EcoShield Pest Solutions/The Shield Co. Management (EPS/TSCM), is currently hiring for Pest Control Service Technicians in your area! We have technician positions available for those who are seasoned in the pest control industry or those who may be just starting out.

What will I be doing in this position?

• Perform indoor and outdoor pest applications for our customers
• Interact with customers and explain service features and benefits; answer any questions or concerns they may have
• Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and management and maintain accurate and organized records
• Deliver excellent customer service every time
• Maintain service equipment, Company vehicle and personal safety equipment; must be in clean/working condition with any issues brought to management's prompt attention
• Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer records
• Participate in local and Company-wide meetings and trainings

Am I qualified for this position? You are if you have the following:

• Hold an active Driver's license with a clean driving record (must pass a motor vehicle record check and be 21 years of age to drive a Company vehicle and qualify for our vehicle insurance)
• Have a commitment to safety in all job areas: driving, service, and training
• Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
• Are willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
• Earn and maintain the state required training and licensing (training will be provided)

Specific consideration will be given to candidates who meet the above qualifications and who:

• Have 6+ months of experience in the pest control industry
• Have 6+ months of customer service experience
• Already possess the state required pest control licensing
• Have experience operating a Company vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
