- Balance Gym trainers must be energetic and have a passion for providing the best possible training experience to the client.
- At least one year of experience in the fitness industry is required.
- Balance Gym does not have training quotas or mandatory floor hours.
- Signing bonuses can be made available to trainers who can bring clients to Balance Gym.
Find a home for your existing clients! There is the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 in bonuses for trainers who bring clients with them.
Please note that all Balance F45 employees must be fully vaccinated within 30 days of employment unless they clear exemption status with HR.
