Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Online Fitness Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized fitness plans for clients, as well as providing emotional support and guidance throughout their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and fitness level using the 6-Pack Macros App
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients through consistent check-ins and progress tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients through messaging and video calls
- Create and share value driven fitness content daily, such as workouts, advice on macros, and motivation.
- Post link to checkout page on website at least 3x per week.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, integrity, and character.
- Ability to sell and thrive in a commission based role.
- At least 1-year experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and counting macros
- Excellent communication, positive attitude, and responsible.
- Proficient in using technology, such as posting on Instagram/Social media sites, video calls, and guiding clients to sign up on the website
- A certification from a recognized organization, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA or NSCA, is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for health and wellness
This is a remote position, which allows for flexible scheduling and the ability to work from anywhere.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hour
