Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job at Diocese of Allentown
Holy Family Villa, a private home for retired priests, has per diem Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Medication Assistant positions open on all shifts for weekend and holiday coverage.
Hourly rates begin at $13.25/hour, up to $15/hour, depending on experience. Holiday coverage is double pay! Prior direct care experience preferred, but we will train you as a PCA to become a Medication Assistant, with a salary increase at that time.
Holy Family Villa offers a family-like work environment in a pleasant, residential setting. Duties include compassionate care of the residents and assistance with their daily activities. You must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, be able to work independently and as a team, have attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
