-Local Cleaning Co. is hiring an Assistant to the Owner. We are offering anywhere from $500-1,500 as a Hiring Bonus! This is a Residential and Commercial Cleaning Service. The primary skill we need is someone that can clean homes and offices that is teachable to learn the ways we do things. Besides that needed skill, we are looking for someone who is positive (smiles), is quick on their feet (fast paced environment), and makes other people feel valuable..:) See below for qualifications/etc.

Qualifications

-Must have a valid driver's license and agree to use your personal vehicle for all job related needs.

-Must Speak and Understand English at a high level

- Must have a smart phone with good service

Payrate/Benefits: Depending on your experience, availability and how you interview/negotiate we will be using a range of $15-25/hour. We are also offering a hiring bonus anywhere from $500-$1500. Other Benefits: Gas is reimbursed (travel miles in between work related travels)

Hours and Availability: This can be Part time or Full time but ideally we need someone can have OPEN availability on weekdays, OFF on Saturday, and a half day on Sunday to do an office clean those afternoons. We prefer to use a 6-day work week with some of those days being half days. Also, it is required to work split shifts (For Example: On weekdays it will be common to see a schedule like this...9am-1pm-residential clean then 8-11pm that same day have an office clean) You'll need to be flexible for that. Other Tasks Performed: Collecting client payments, making bank deposits, help training new hires, taking care of company equipment, client meet/greets, laundry at home for your cleaning towels, and other errands the owner needs help with.
