The Markets Application Production Services supports Production Support & Markets Support for SRCM Apps while working as a L2 application support associate on the MAPS SRCM team. In this position, you will provide operations support to Dev and TI teams on multiple applications and involved in managing Problems, Incidents, Deployments, and various projects related to NPT, EOL, DCX and various risk remediation effort.

Required Skills:

**Ability to work rotational schedule including some weekends**

Technical Skills Required:

• UNIX / Linux OS, knowledge of scripting languages – perl and/or python

• Windows Server OS, knowledge of IIS, Kerberos, .NET

• Knowledge of Ansible

• Analyzing logs using common UNIX syntax and order tracer command set

• Distributed Networks/Routers/Firewalls

• Execute trouble shooting commands to identify slow network sessions and bottlenecks

Other skills required:

• The ability to rationalize the impact of multiple concurrent issues/requests and prioritize work accordingly

• An independent sense of motivation to continuously improve themselves and their environment

• An intuitive problem-solving ability which leads to solution alternatives that reflect a diverse foundation of knowledge, skills and experiences

• The confidence, focus, and adaptable communication style required to effectively coordinate restoration efforts for high-impact technology incidents

• Manage issues by communicating to relevant stake holders through normal communication channels, raising incidents and problem records.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application development personnel, and infrastructure contacts

• Troubleshooting of complex system issues

• Proactive identification and resolution of problem hotspots

• Development of tools and driving efficiency/stability improvements

• Accurate tracking of support effort to enable effective management reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
