ITAC is helping a great organization as they search for a BI Analyst to join their team. This person will need an aptitude for data, strong presentation and communication skills, and experience in a consultant role directly interfacing with clients. This role will be on site.

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Understand HR operations and systems
- Create and validate record-keeping processes
- Pull and integrate data from disparate sources (e.g. cost and claims or clinical data)
- Evaluate and preprocess raw information; this candidate will take a qualified lead and translate requirements to the data team to build out; must be able to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams
- Delve into data to discover discrepancies and patterns
- Build models that capture a wide range of health care operations
- Present and explain information in an accessible way
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to implement and evaluate improvements
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Healthcare Informatics
- 3+ years’ experience with Healthcare or HR Data and Analytics
- 3+ years of SQL, VBA, or other coding knowledge
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, etc.
