Legacy Foundations
Since the mid-1990s, Legacy Foundations, a Shimmick company, has been providing self-perform geotechnical and foundations services on heavy civil projects. Legacy offers competitive pricing, a complete portfolio of deep foundation, slope stabilization, shoring systems, and ground improvement services. On the $875 million HART Airport Guideway and Stations project, Legacy successfully installed 357 feet of 10-foot diameter permanent casing to a bottom of pile elevation of negative 332 feet making deep foundation construction history in North America.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensures all internal controls are adhered to in the performance of specific job duties.
- May transmit payroll to ADP.
- Manages the operations and control of the payroll department.
- May reconcile payroll bank account for rejected, void or stop payments.
- Reviews legislative notifications and advises management of appropriate resolution.
- Performs other payroll associated responsibilities to cover business needs.
- Prepares reports on department’s service levels.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous payroll experience
Additional Information:
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

The salary range for this position is between $32.00 - 33.00 per hour depending on experience and/or education.
